If you have a dental emergency and need an appointment please contact us as soon as is possible, we will endeavour to see you the same day if we can, we will certainly arrange to see you within 24 hours.
In the event of a dental emergency we will ask you to attend as soon as possible and be prepared to wait until one of our dentists become available to see you. We ask that you be patient with us – we are not prepared to cut corners to see anybody that little bit quicker.
If you need to you can leave a message on our answer machine after the tone. We will call you back as soon as possible during our normal opening hours. Please note you are not guaranteed to see your normal dentist in an emergency appointment, although we will do our best to.
We are always happy to help new or unregistered patients, but may not always be able to see you as soon as we would like.
Out of hours service: If you require emergency dental treatment outside normal opening hours then please attend the Relief of pain clinic and the Belfast City Hospital. Their normal opening hours are Monday to Friday evenings 7pm – 9.15pm, Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays 10am – 12.15pm and 7pm – 9.15pm. They operate a first come, first served service and can be very busy, we advise you arrive early, bring your medical card and please note normal Health Service charges apply.
