NHS treatments provide patients with adequate care to treat dental disease and all registered patients are entitled to such treatments. These treatments receive 20% funding from the NHS.
Payment options: We accept cash, and all major credit and debit cards including American Express.
We encourage patients to pay as they go with their dental care, although for more complex treatments we offer payment plans over a few visits for your convenience.
We need information found on your medical card in order to treat you on the NHS as a registered patient.
Health Service dental treatment is free for patients under 18 years of age, those aged 18 years and in full time education, expectant and nursing mothers, those receiving Income Support, Working Families Tax Credit, Pension Credit (guaranteed) or Income Based Job Seekers Allowance/ ESA.
Some NHS patients are entitled to either full or partial exemption from charges. If you think you may qualify, please ask for more details
Many of our patients have dental insurance and we are happy to complete relevant forms to help them make appropriate claims.
For larger treatment plans we are happy to spread payment over several visits to help. Ts &Cs apply.
We try to provide all treatment in as few well planned appointments as possible for your convenience. We are happy to discuss fees and quality alternatives to NHS treatments. We try to run to time, but as the exact length of appointment is dependant on the patient’s needs, we ask for your patience.
Our reception team are excellent at getting the best appointment slot for your needs, and the more detailed you give them, the better they can do that. This reduced the risk we run late for our next patients.
We ask that you turn up for your appointment on time and meet the financial arrangements as planned.
