To make things as convenient as possible we offer our patients the option to fill out our short medical history form and check-in by using their mobile phones.
When we’re ready for you, one of our team members will spend a few minutes answering your questions about your individual expectations and any dental concerns you may have.
Finally, we will perform a thorough assessment of your current oral health and discuss any necessary treatments we feel would be necessary and/or beneficial.
